摘要
随着民航监视技术的发展,对航空器应答机发出参数的精度质量等都有了更高的要求。对于大型公共运输飞机的应答机需要逐步具备ADS-B Out(Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast OUT广播式自动相关监视-发送)功能,并且需要满足RTCA(Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics美国航空无线电技术委员会)制定的DO-260B标准。对此,美国联邦航空局FAA、欧洲航空安全局EASA和中国民用航空总局CAAC等局方均有强制要求。本文主要对空客A320系列和A330机型改装中遇到的常见技术问题予以分析说明,供各航司参考,在遇到相似问题时可以迅速应对。
With the development of civil aviation surveillance technology,there are higher requirements for the accuracy and quality of the parameters sent by the aircraft transponder.For the transponder of large public transport aircraft,ADS-B Out(Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast Out)function should be gradually provided,and the DO-260B standard formulated by RTCA(Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics)needs to be met.FAA,EASA and CAAC all have mandatory requirements.This paper mainly analyzes and explains the common technical issues encountered in the modification of Airbus A320 series and A330,which can be used for reference by all airlines in order to make quick response when facing similar problems.
