摘要
连杆是各型发动机的关键传力部件,针对零件结构与力学强度要求影响发动机的工作效率及使用可靠性等问题,在保证现在工作稳定性的前提下,继续优化连杆的结构设计是当下的热点,本文采用拓扑优化的方法,设定以连杆的最小化柔度即最大化刚度为计算目标的优化分析方案,最终确定了该连杆的优化结构方案。
Connecting rod is the core of the engine power transmission components,its structure and mechanical strength directly related to the engine,s working efficiency and reliability.On the premise of ensuring current working stability,continual optimization of the structural design of connecting rod is a focus point at present.This article adopts the method of topology optimization and sets up an optimization scheme which targets at calculating minimum flexibility or maximum stiffness of the connecting rod.The optimization scheme of connecting rod structure is finally determined.
