高速滚珠丝杠副轴向结合部动态刚度特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为提高滚珠丝杠副的动态刚度,基于弹性力学中的赫兹接触理论,推导了滚珠丝杠副结合部接触刚度的计算方法,根据滚珠丝杠副动态受力分析模型,考虑速度、加速度对载荷的影响建立了滚珠丝杠副轴向动态接触变形模型。分析了工况和结构参数对滚珠丝杠副轴向接触变形的影响规律,速度的增大会使螺母侧的变形增大,丝杠侧不变;加速度的增大会导致螺母侧和丝杠侧的变形都迅速增大;螺旋升角和滚道曲率比对接触变形的影响不大;接触角增大会使螺母侧和丝杠侧的变形都减小。运用有限元软件对滚珠与螺纹滚道组成的结合面进行建模并对其进行接触变形分析,结果验证了模型的准确性。 In order to improve the dynamic stiffness of the ball screw, based on the Hertz contact theory in elasticity, the calculation method of the contact stiffness of the joint part of the ball screw is deduced. According to the dynamic force analysis model of the ball screw, the axial dynamic contact deformation model of the ball screw is established considering the influence of speed and acceleration on the load. The influence of working conditions and structural parameters on the axial contact deformation of ball screw pair is analyzed. The increase of speed will increase the deformation of nut side, and the screw side will not change;the increase of acceleration will cause the deformation of nut side and screw side to increase rapidly;the influence of helix angle and curvature ratio of raceway on the contact deformation is not significant;the increase of contact angle will reduce the deformation of nut side and screw side Small. Using the finite element software to model the joint surface of ball and thread raceway and analyze its contact deformation, the results verify the accuracy of the model.
