复杂曲面柔性抛光材料去除模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前复杂曲面产品的需求,首先,通过采用Preston方程与Hertz接触理论建立复杂曲面柔性抛光的材料去除模型,采用ANSYS软件对模型进行仿真分析,并与经理论计算得到的表壳工件的接触区域压强与接触面积进行了对比分析。结果表明:两者之间的相对偏差约为20%;其次,引入修正后的Preston方程,建立了最终的材料去除模型且更加符合抛光的实际过程。研究表明:材料的去除量与法向抛光力、抛光轮线速度、进给速度、接触面几何性质、抛光工具与工件的材料性质均有关;最后,通过对进给速度的修正,在恒定不变的法向抛光力下,工件材料去除量不受抛光轮磨损的影响而改变。为了合理控制接触压强和抛光轮的磨损,随着抛光的进行,进给速度逐渐减慢,可加工的工件数减少。 In view of the current demand for complex curved products, the material removal model of complex curved flexible polishing is established by using Preston equation and Hertz contact theory. The model is simulated by ANSYS software and the contact area pressure with the theoretically calculated case workpiece is obtained. A comparative analysis was made with the contact area. The results show that the relative deviation between the two is about 20%. Secondly, the modified Preston equation is introduced to establish the final material removal model and more in line with the actual process of polishing. Studies have shown that the amount of material removed is related to the normal polishing force, the polishing wheel linear velocity, the feed speed, the geometry of the contact surface, the polishing tool and the material properties of the workpiece. Finally, the correction of the feed rate is constant. Under the normal normal polishing force, the amount of workpiece material removed is not affected by the wear of the polishing wheel. In order to properly control the contact pressure and the wear of the polishing wheel, as the polishing progresses, the feed rate is gradually slowed down, and the number of workpieces that can be processed is reduced.
