Huizhou business culture has absorbed the quintessence of Confucian wisdom and promoted the cultural taste of merchants with unremitting humanistic pursuit.Attaching great importance to being a man,combining business spirit with Confucianism,being rich and then teaching,and being benevolent and charitable,are best examples of the combination of Confucianism and business spirit.Based on interpretation of the modern value of the core concepts of Huizhou business culture,effective ways to integrate the Huizhou business culture into the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents is analyzed.The integration of the function of school education with the cultivation of Huizhou business spirit is not only the inheritance and development of traditional culture,but also the guidance of young students to establish a good sense of innovation and honest professional ethics.
