摘要
为提高船公司的市场竞争力,加强对班期的科学规划和对船舶的调度管理,推动深港珠澳水上客运的发展,对深港珠澳水上客运航线进行班期安排和船舶调度的优化研究.以高速客运船公司每日变动成本最小和经营利润最大为目标函数,构建班期优化模型和航次串指派整数规划模型,借助LINGO求解器利用分支定界法对模型进行求解,并以X公司实际经营航线和船舶进行模拟计算和结果分析.结果表明:优化模型可在完成运输任务、保证盈利水平的情况下提高船舶运用效率,减少船舶使用量.
In order to improve the market competitiveness of shipping companies,strengthen the scientific planning of schedule and ship dispatching management,and promote the development of Shenzhen—Hong Kong—Zhuhai—Macao water passenger transport routes,this paper studied the optimization of schedule arrangement and ship dispatching.The scheduling optimization model and voyage string assignment integer programming model were constructed with the objective function of minimum daily variable cost and maximum operating profit of high-speed passenger shipping company.The models were solved by branch and bound method with the help of LINGO solver.The actual operating routes and ships of X Company were simulated and the results were analyzed.The results show that the optimization model can improve the efficiency of ship operation and reduce the amount of ship use while completing the transportation task and ensuring the profit level.
