新时代“三全育人”理念下本科生导师制建设的思考 被引量:6

摘要 “三全育人”为新时代高等教育提出了新的教育理念,强调高校育人过程中的“全员、全过程、全方位”教育。运用“三全育人”教育理念指导高校本科生导师制建设,重塑教师育人角色,构建新型师生关系,拓展教育互动空间,发挥教师在本科人才培养中作用,引导和帮助学生健康成长和全面发展,促进创新型人才培养,提高本科教育质量。开展以新时代“三全育人”理念指导的本科生导师制建设研究,简述本科生导师的起源和发展历程,剖析本科生导师制存在的问题,拟从加强政策支撑引领,完善相关配套制度,创新人才培育模式和构建科学评价体系等方面入手,提高对本科生导师制的认识,推进本科生导师制的精细化管理,实施多维度、多元化本科生导师制,有助于推进本科生导师制健康发展,对探寻新时代创新型人才培育模式具有十分重要的现实意义。 “Three-wide education”puts forward a new educational concept for the new era of higher education,and emphasizes the“all-staff,whole-process and all-round”education in the process of higher education.It is used to guide the construction of undergraduate tutorial system,reshape the role of teachers in education,build a new relationship between teachers and students,and consequently expand the space of educational interaction,giving full play to the role of university teachers in undergraduate talent cultivation,guiding and helping students grow healthily and develop comprehensively,so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the quality of undergraduate education.The brief introduction to the origin and evolutionary process of the undergraduate tutorial system as well as the analysis of the existingproblems can help improve the teachers and students’understanding of it,promote the fine management of the undergraduate tutorial system and advocate the implementation of the multi-dimensional and diversified undergraduate tutorial system from the perspectives of strengthening policy support and guidance,improving relevant supporting systems,innovating talent cultivation models,and building a scientific evaluation system,etc.It will help to promote the healthy development of undergraduate tutor system,and of great practical significance to explore the innovative talent cultivation mode in the new era.
