风电塔架及叶片的监理控制研究

摘要 围绕国有风力发电设备企业发展核心,以某兆瓦低风速长叶片双馈风力发电机组研制为原型,论述了风机塔架及叶片对整体机组的重要性。同时,从技术、质量、进度等方面对如何控制监理风机塔架及叶片关键零部件进行了研究,针对风机塔架、叶片的监理流程、方式、技术要求、控制体系、评价指标等进行了详细论述。最后,论文通过具有一定规模的风场实际状况为例,对关键设备过程和监理前后进行对比分析,结果表明:通过实施监理,风机产品质量得到明显提升。 Focusing on the core of the development of state-owned wind power equipment companies,the development of some MW low wind speed long blade doubly-fed wind power generator set was used as a prototype to discuss the importance of wind turbine towers and blades to the overall unit.At the same time,this article has studied how to control and supervise the key components of wind turbine towers and blades in terms of technology,quality,schedule,etc.The supervision process,method,technical requirements,control system,evaluation index,etc.of the fan tower and blades are also discussed in detail.Finally,the paper uses the actual situation of some wind farm as an example to compare and analyze the key equipment process and before and after supervision.The results show that:through the implementation of supervision,the quality of fan products has been significantly improved.
