塔式起重机运行参数模拟方法及生成系统研究

摘要 塔式起重机简称“塔机”,为了解决对塔机“黑匣子”所采集参数(塔机运行参数)进行数据分析、处理软件研发而数据短缺的问题。对塔机运行参数模拟生成的方法、系统进行了研究。依据文献所述理论、公式、标准进行塔机运行参数模拟的理论研究,通过软件LABVIEW中顺序结构与循环结构对塔机运行的过程、振荡、变速整合编程,实现数据从理论到数据自动生成。所述的成果表现为一种模拟速率为实际采集速率10倍的塔机运行参数数据自动生成软件,可进行access或Excel的保存。软件模拟出的塔机各参数数据,可进行进一步研发、完善塔机“黑匣子”机制,解决了塔机“黑匣子”由于数据缺乏而无法进行后续软件研发的问题。 In order to solve the problem of data shortage in the data analysis and processing software development of tower crane operation parameters collected by“black box”,the method and system of the simulation of tower operation parameters are studied.Crane operation parameters include operation time,lifting weight,lifting height,variable amplitude position,rotation angle,wind speed and wind direction.The operating parameters of the simulation tower machine are realized through the circular structure in LABVIEW,which is embedded in the tiled sequence structure.Four processes of tower operation are involved,including lifting process,landing process,amplitude changing process and turning process.The simulation generation system is software with visual window.All parameters data of the tower crane are quickly generated by simulating the motion process of tower crane,which solves the problem that the“black box”of the tower crane cannot carry out follow-up software development due to the lack of data,and improves the“black box”mechanism of the tower crane.The simulation rate can be 10 times of the actual acquisition.
