摘要
介绍了低压三相异步电动机在聚酯余热发电中的并网技术、设计方案等问题。充分利用低温余热,减少能源损耗,更好地创造经济效益和社会效益,是当前绿色环保发展的趋势。对聚酯装置用循环冷却水冷却的工艺塔顶蒸汽的低温热能进行回收利用,建设与之配套的余热发电机组,解决了因冷却工艺技术而造成的能源浪费问题,回收的电直接用于生产装置,减少电耗,降低成本。
This paper introduces the grid connection technology and design scheme of low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor in polyester waste heat power generation.To make full use of low-temperature waste heat,reduce energy consumption,and create better economic and social benefits,is the current trend of green environmental protection.The low-temperature heat energy of the process tower top steam cooled by circulating cooling water in polyester plant is recycled,and the matching waste heat generator set is built to solve the problem of energy waste caused by cooling technology.The recovered electricity is directly used in the production unit to reduce power consumption and cost.
