摘要 介绍了德国Barmag-WINGS卷绕头的生头切换结构及工作原理,针对生头困难和切换成功率低的原因和改进措施进行分析和探讨。结果表明:通过加强纸筒长度的质量检测和日常的机台保养,做好横动箱左右位置定位,捕丝钩左右、前后及上下位置调整,仔细检查切换装置表面完好度等措施,Barmag卷绕头生头成功率和切换成功率均有明显的提升。 Based on the introduction of the structure and working principle of Barmag-WINGS machine switch in Germany,this article analyzes and discusses the reasons and improvement measures for the difficulty and low success rate.By strengthening the quality inspection of the length of the paper tube and the maintenance of the machine,the position of the left and right position of the transverse box,the adjustment of the left and right position,front and back position of the hook,and the careful inspection of the surface integrity of the switching device,the success rate and the switching success rate of Barmag Winding machine are obviously improved.
