摘要
[目的]探讨角色认知、心理资本对定向医学生基层工作意愿的影响。[方法]采用角色认知和心理资本量表对广西3所医学院校的711名定向医学生进行问卷调查。[结果]角色认知与基层工作意愿显著正相关(β=0.323,P<0.01);心理资本与基层工作意愿显著正相关(β=0.413,P<0.01);心理资本在角色认知与基层工作意愿之间起完全中介作用(β=0.355,P<0.01);基层工作意愿在民族、年级、家庭经济状况方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]角色认知通过心理资本正向影响定向医学生基层工作意愿,学校应采取相应的教育及干预措施以提升定向医学生的基层工作意愿。
Objective To explore the effects of role recognition and psychological capital on the grass-roots work willingness of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 711 rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students from 3 medical colleges in Guangxi by role cognition and psychological capital scale.Results Role cognition was significantly positively correlated with grass-roots work willingness(β=0.323,P<0.01).Psychological capital was significantly positively correlated with grass-roots work willingness(β=0.413,P<0.01).Psychological capital played completely mediating role between role cognition and grass-roots work willingness(β=0.355,P<0.01).There was statistically significant in difference of ethnic group,grade,and family economic status of the grass-roots work willingness(P<0.05).Conclusions Role cognition positively influences rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students grass-roots work willingness through psychological capital.Schools should adopt appropriate education and intervention measures to enhance the grass-roots work willingness of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students.
