结合临床教学实践,并对Pubmed、Medline、中国知网、中国万方等数据库相关文献进行归纳整理,并从医学生对全科医学认知度、国家对全科医学建设政策、民众对全科医学政策的理解、医学教育资源、医疗机构提供的职业培训及职前培训、职业前景及职业吸引力、医学生自身特点及家庭背景几方面分析影响全科医生职业选择的因素,以便决策者寻求解决的方法,吸引更多优质全科医学人才加入全科医师的队伍,全面提升基层医疗卫生服务体系的建设。

This paper combines with teaching practice,conducts induction and reorganization relevant literature in Pubmed,Medline,cnki,wanfang and other databases.It analyzes the factors influencing the career choice of general practitioners from the awareness of general practice among medical students,national policy on the construction of general practice medicine,residents understanding of general practice policies,medical education resources,occupational prospects and attraction,vocational training and prevocational training,self-characteristic and family background of medical students,so as to the decision makers look for solution,attract more excellent general practice medical talents to join in the team of general practitioner,comprehensively improve the construction of grass roots medical health service system.
