民国时期闽粤申请保存妈祖庙史实考述

A Textual Research on the Historical Facts of Applying for Preservation of Mazu Temple in Fujian and Guangdong in the Republic of China Era

民国十七年至民国十八年广东、福建申请保存妈祖庙,并将庙名改为林孝女祠,这是民国时期妈祖信仰发展史上的重要事件。该文试图在前人研究成果的基础上,充分发掘档案、报刊、地方志等相关文献,对此事件加以详细考述。文章认为,妈祖信仰所蕴含的孝悌、扶危济困、护国佑民精神是民国时期妈祖信仰得以传承发展的根本。妈祖信仰广泛的群众基础是民国时期妈祖信仰传承发展的力量源泉。民国年间包括妈祖信仰在内的民间信仰的发展总体处于低潮之际,民国十八年,内政部将妈祖按照先哲加以崇祀,通令保存妈祖庙的指令尤显其重要意义,使得民国时期的妈祖信仰在曲折中传承绵延。

From the 17th to the 18th of the Republic of China,Guangdong and Fujian applied for preservation of the Mazu Temple and changed the name of the temple to Lin Xiaonv Temple,which was an important event in the history of the development of Mazu belief during the Republic of China.This article attempts to fully excavate relevant documents such as archives,newspapers,and local chronicles on the basis of previous research results,and examine the incident in detail.The article believes that the spirit of filial piety,pacification,and protection of the country and the people contained in the Mazu belief is the basis for the inheritance and development of Mazu belief during the Republic of China.The broad mass foundation of Mazu belief is the source of strength for the inheritance and development of Mazu belief during the Republic of China.During the period of the Republic of China,the development of folk beliefs,including Mazu belief,was generally at a low ebb.In the 18th year of the Republic of China,the Ministry of the Interior worshipped Mazu in accordance with the sages.The order to preserve Mazu Temple was particularly important,which made Mazu belief passed down through the twists and turns in the Republic of China era.
