Avian influenza was a kind of avian infectious disease caused by influenza A virus, and vaccine active immunization was the most economical and effective means to prevent avian influenza. The first immunization was carried out against the 17-day-old chickens in an egg chicken field in Changge. The second immunization was carried out against the 55-day-old chickens. The third immunization was conducted against the 124-day-old chickens. The antibody level of H5 subtype avian influenza virus was monitored and analyzed. The results showed that the average value of Re-6 antibody(log2)of H5 subtype reached 3.9 on 39 days after the first immunization,6.1,7.8,7.0 and 6.9 on 16,32,48 and 63 days after the second immunization, and 7.6,8.5 and 8.0 on 9,24 and 39 days after the third immunization, respectively. The conclusion was that after three times of immunization, the antibody value of the chicken flocks reached a high level, and the immune program could play a good immune protection effect on the chicken.
