胎儿生长受限新生儿脐血同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体和生长激素水平及其临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析胎儿生长受限(FGR)新生儿脐血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、D-二聚体和生长激素水平及其临床意义。方法纳入40例FGR患儿(观察组)及40例正常新生儿(对照组)。记录两组新生儿出生时体重、头围、身长及胎盘重量,并检测其脐血中Hcy、D-二聚体和生长激素水平。结果观察组出生体重、身长、头围及胎盘重量均低于对照组,脐血Hcy、D-二聚体和生长激素水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。FGR新生儿脐血中Hcy水平与出生时体重和头围均呈负相关,D-二聚体水平与出生时身长呈负相关,生长激素水平与出生时身长和头围均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论FGR新生儿脐血Hcy、D-二聚体和生长激素水平升高,三者与FGR的发生密切相关。 Objective To analyze the levels and clinical significance of homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer and growth hormone in umbilical cord blood of neonates with fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods Forty neonates with FGR(observation group)and 40 healthy neonates(control group)were enrolled.Body weight,head circumference and body length at birth,and placental weight of the neonates were recorded in both groups,and the levels of Hcy,D-dimer and growth hormone in umbilical cord blood were detected.Results By comparison with the control group,the observation group possessed lower body weight,body length and head circumference at birth as well as lower placental weight,but yielded higher levels of Hcy,D-dimer and growth hormone in umbilical cord blood(all P<0.05).In neonates with FGR,Hcy level in umbilical cord blood negatively correlated with body weight and head circumference at birth,D-dimer level negatively correlated with body length at birth,and the level of growth hormone negatively correlated with body length and head circumference at birth(all P<0.05).Conclusion Elevated levels of Hcy,D-dimer and growth hormone in umbilical cord blood are observed in neonates with FGR,and the three indices are closely related to development of FGR.
