益气养阴汤联合西医常规治疗对初治2型糖尿病患者症状改善、糖脂代谢、胰岛素相关因子的影响

Effects of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with routine western therapy on symptoms improvement,glucolipid metabolism,and insulin-related factors in patients with initially diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨益气养阴汤联合西医常规治疗对初治2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者症状改善、糖脂代谢、胰岛素相关因子水平的影响。方法将80例初治T2DM患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均接受饮食和运动干预、甘精胰岛素和格列美脲治疗,观察组同时口服益气养阴汤。比较治疗前和治疗12周后两组的中医症候积分以及血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及胰岛素抵抗因子水平,并于治疗后4周、8周、12周评估两组血糖达标情况。结果治疗后4周、8周,观察组血糖达标率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗12周后,两组中医症候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbA1c、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、胰岛素抵抗因子水平均下降,FINS和IGF-1水平上升,且观察组以上指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论益气养阴汤联合西医常规治疗,可更好地改善初治T2DM患者症状、糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with routine western therapy on symptoms improvement,glucolipid metabolism,and insulin-related factors levels in patients with initially diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Eighty patients with initially diagnosed T2DM were randomized to control group or observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received diet and exercise intervention,insulin glargine and glimepiride,and the observation group was administered orally Yiqi Yangyin Decoction additionally.The related indices were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores as well as the levels of blood glucose,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),blood lipid,fasting insulin(FINS),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and resistin,and the standard-reaching rate of blood glucose was assessed in both groups 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the observation group achieved a higher standard-reaching rate of blood glucose as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,both groups yielded decreased TCM symptom scores and lower levels of FBG,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,TC,TG and resistin,as well as higher FINS and IGF-1 levels,and the indices mentioned above in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with routine western therapy can better improve patients′symptoms,glucolipid metabolism and insulin resistance in initially diagnosed T2DM.
