9种护坡植物种子萌发特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了阐明9种护坡植物种子萌发时间格局、萌发特性和萌发进程,探索适用于固坡绿化的优质牧草种类,本试验主要以9种护坡植物种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,发芽时滞,萌发持续时间作为参数,研究白三叶(Trifolium repens)、垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、沙打旺(Astragalus adsurgens)、老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)、二色胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)、高冰草(Thinopyrum ponticum)、狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)、小冠花(Coronilla varia)和结缕草(Zoysia japonica)的萌发特性。结果表明,在PXZ智能人工气候箱中25℃恒温培养条件下,发芽率从高到低依次为:白三叶>高冰草>垂穗披碱草>小冠花>沙打旺>结缕草>狗牙根>老芒麦>二色胡枝子。发芽势从大到小依次为:白三叶>垂穗披碱草>沙打旺>高冰草>老芒麦>狗牙根>小冠花>二色胡枝子>结缕草。发芽指数从多到少依次为:白三叶>沙打旺>垂穗披碱草>高冰草>老芒麦>狗牙根>小冠花>二色胡枝子>结缕草。发芽时滞从快到慢依次为:白三叶、沙打旺>垂穗披碱草、老芒麦>二色胡枝子、高冰草、狗牙根、小冠花>结缕草。发芽持续时间从短到长依次为:老芒麦>沙打旺>白三叶、二色胡枝子>狗牙根>垂穗披碱草、高冰草>小冠花、结缕草。综合以上结果,基于护坡植物种子萌发时间短、生长速度快等萌发生长要求,在实践中可考虑选择白三叶、垂穗披碱草、高冰草等作为护坡首选植物,以达到护坡植被恢复预期效果。 In this experiment,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,germination delay and germination duration of 9 kinds of slope protection plant seeds were taken as the parameters to study the germination characteristics of Trifolium repens,Elymus nutans,Astragalus adsurgens,Elymus sibiricus,Lespedeza bicolor,Thinopyrum ponticum,Cynodon dactylon,Coronilla varia,and Zoysia japonica.The results showed that under the same conditions,the germination rate from high to low was Trifolium repens>Elymus nutans>Cynodon dactylon>Elymus sibiricus>Astragalus adsurgens>Coronilla varia>Zoysia japonica>Lespedeza bicolor>Thinopyrum ponticum.From big to small,the germination potential was as follows:Elymus nutans>Thinopyrum ponticum>Trifolium repens>Astragalus adsurgens>Cynodon dactylon>Coronilla varia>Elymus sibiricus>Lespedeza bicolor>Zoysia japonica.The germination index from more to less was as follows:Trifolium repens>Astragalus adsurgens>Elymus nutans>Thinopyrum ponticum>Elymus sibiricus>Cynodon dactylon>Coronilla varia>Lespedeza bicolor>Zoysia japonica.The time delay of germination from fast to slow was Trifolium repens,Astragalus adsurgens>Elymus nutans,Elymus sibiricus>Lespedeza bicolor,Thinopyrum ponticum,Cynodon dactylon,Coronilla varia>Zoysia japonica.The duration of germination from fast to slow was as follows:Elymus sibiricus>Astragalus adsurgens>Trifolium repens,Lespedeza bicolor>Cynodon dactylon>Elymus nutans,Thinopyrum ponticum>Coronilla varia,Zoysia japonica.Based on the above results and the requirements of fast growth and short germination time of seeds in slope protection plants,we can consider selecting the Trifolium repens,Elymus nutans and Thinopyrum ponticum as the first choice plants in slope protection in practice,so as to achieve the expected effect of vegetation restoration in slope protection plants.
