摘要
为明确西藏部分地区蜱的种类分布,本研究采集了林芝市犏牛和那曲地区牦牛体外蜱虫,首先对蜱进行形态学初步鉴定,再利用分子生物学方法对两地蜱进行线粒体16S rDNA基因PCR扩增、克隆、测序、基因序列分析进行蜱种类鉴定。两地区共发现两属两种蜱,林芝犏牛体表蜱虫为扇头蜱属微小扇头蜱,那曲地区牦牛体表蜱虫为血蜱属尼泊尔血蜱。本研究为了解西藏地区蜱的遗传进化具有指导意义。
In order to clarify the species distribution of ticks in parts of Tibet.First,the species of ticks were identified by morphology and then the mitochondrial 16S rDNA gene was amplified by PCR,cloned,and sequenced by molecular biology to identify tick species.Two species of ticks were found in the two regions.The ticks on the surface of Linzhi cattle-yak and yak in Naqu area were Rhipicephalus microplus and Haemaphysalis nepalensis,respectively.This investigation is of guiding significance for understanding the genetic evolution of ticks in Tibet.
