摘要
目的探讨匹伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血脂、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及炎性因子水平的影响。方法将120例不稳定型心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组PCI术前在常规治疗基础上口服匹伐他汀,观察组于对照组基础上口服曲美他嗪。比较两组治疗前、后的血脂、FIB、炎性因子水平及预后情况。结果治疗后,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的HDL-C水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的不良心血管事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论匹伐他汀联合曲美他嗪可以有效地降低老年不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后的血脂、血清炎症因子水平,且安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the effects of pitavastatin combined with trimetazidine on the levels of blood lipid,fibrinogen(FIB)and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into control group and observation group by the random numble table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given pitavastatin oral on the basis of routine treatment before PCI,while the observation group was given trimetazidine oral on the basis of the control group.The levels of blood lipid,FIB,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and FIB in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pitavastatin combined with trimetazidine can more effectively reduce blood lipid and serum inflammatory factor levels of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI,and has better safety.
