摘要
目的探讨基于3D打印技术的经跗骨窦小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年11月我科室收治的80例跟骨骨折的患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组行外侧“L”形切口切开内固定术治疗,观察组行基于3D打印技术的经跗骨窦小切口钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的伤口愈合优良率无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后,两组的Bohler角和Gissane角均较术前有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的AOFAS、Barthel指数及WHOQOL-100评分均较术前有所提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于3D打印技术的经跗骨窦小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折较外侧“L”形切口切开内固定的并发症少、复位效果好,其能更好地改善患者的患肢功能,提高患者的日常生活能力及生活质量水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus based on 3D printing technology in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods From October 2017 to November 2019,80 patients with calcaneal fracture admitted in our department were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with lateral"L"shaped incision internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with small incision plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus based on 3D printing technology.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of wound healing between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,Bohler angle and Gissane angle of the two groups improved compared with those before operation,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the AOFAS,Barthel index and WHOQOL-100 scores of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus based on 3D printing technology in the treatment of calcaneal fracture has less complications and better reduction effect compared with lateral"L"shaped incision internal fixation,which can better improve the affected limb function,daily life ability and quality of life of patients.
