小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of low dose mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids

目的探讨小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月收治的52例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(26例)与观察组(26例),对照组采用小剂量米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用孕三烯酮治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的子宫体积、肌瘤体积及子宫内膜厚度均减小,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Hb水平均升高,FSH及E2水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的WHOQOL-100评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的效果显著,可缩小患者的子宫体积及肌瘤体积,降低子宫内膜厚度及FSH、E2水平,提高Hb水平,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low dose mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 52 patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids treated from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(26 cases)and observation group(26 cases).The control group was treated with low dose mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with gestrinone on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the uterine volume,fibroids volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hb levels of the two groups increased,and the FSH and E2 levels decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WHOQOL-100 score of both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose mifepristone combined with gestrinone has a significant effect on the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids,which can reduce the patient's uterine volume and fibroids volume,reduce endometrial thickness and FSH and E2 levels,increase Hb levels,and improve the quality of life.
