平阳霉素联合地塞米松介入栓塞治疗婴幼儿颌面部巨大血管瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone in the intervention embolization treatment of infants with huge maxillofacial hemangiomas

目的评价平阳霉素联合地塞米松在介入治疗婴幼儿颌面部巨大血管瘤中的效果及安全性。方法将50例经导管动脉栓塞术(TAE)治疗的颌面部巨大血管瘤患儿按照栓塞材料的不同分为A组[n=20,平阳霉素碘化油乳剂(PLE)]和B组(n=30,PLE+地塞米松)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果术后,两组的瘤体最小直径均小于术前(P<0.05);两组的治疗效果均无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组的不良反应总发生率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论TAE治疗婴幼儿颌面部巨大血管瘤中采用PLE联合地塞米松的疗效与单独使用PLE无差异,但前者的安全性更高。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone in the intervention embolization treatment of infants with huge maxillofacial hemangiomas.Methods Fifty infants with huge maxillofacial hemangiomas treated with transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE)were divided into group A[n=20,pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion(PLE)]and group B(n=30,PLE+dexamethasone)according to the different embolic materials.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the minimum diameter of tumor in the two groups was smaller than that before operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no difference between the efficacy of PLE combined with dexamethasone and PLE alone in the treatment of infantile maxillofacial giant hemangioma,but the former is more safe.
