右美托咪定对腹腔镜下子宫全切除术患者术中血流动力学指标及苏醒质量的影响 被引量:5

Effects of dexmedetomidine on intraoperative hemodynamic indexes and recovery quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定对腹腔镜下子宫全切除术患者术中血流动力学指标及苏醒质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的88例腹腔镜下子宫全切除术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。观察组在麻醉诱导前10 min持续泵入右美托咪定,对照组则予以等容量生理盐水。比较两组的血流动力学指标、苏醒质量及不良反应发生情况。结果T1、T2、T3、T4时,对照组的SBP、DBP及HR均较T0时升高,且高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组的拔管时间、PACU停留时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的苏醒期躁动、术后疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定应用于腹腔镜下子宫全切除术患者中能够稳定术中血流动力学指标,提高术后苏醒质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on intraoperative hemodynamic indexes and recovery quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 88 patients admitted in our hospital treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was continuously pumped with dexmedetomidine at 10 min before anesthesia induction,while the control group was given equal volume of normal saline.Hemodynamic indexes,recovery quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At T1,T2,T3 and T4,the SBP,DBP and HR of the control group were higher than those at T0,and higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The extubation time and PACU stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of restlessness during recovery and postoperative pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine used in laparoscopic total hysterectomy patients can stabilize the intraoperative hemodynamic index,improve the quality of postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
