小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼的临床效果

Clinical effect of deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eye

目的研究小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼的临床效果。方法采取抽签分组方法将200例中重度干眼患者分为对照组(100例,100眼)和观察组(100例,100眼)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4周后,观察组干眼症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4周后,观察组的睑板腺分泌物性质评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,泪液分泌值大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4周后,观察组的睑板腺管通畅率评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼效果显著,能够缩短症状改善时间,改善睑板腺分泌物性质、泪液分泌值、睑板腺管通畅率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eye.Methods A total of 200 patients with moderate and severe dry eye were divided into control group(100 cases,100 eyes)and observation group(100 cases,100 eyes)by drawing lots and grouping method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the dry eye symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the quality scores of meibomian secretion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the tear film rupture time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the tear secretion value was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of meibomian duct patency rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops have a significant effect on the treatment of moderate and severe dry eye,it can shorten the time for symptom improvement,improve the quality of meibomian secretion,tear secretion value and meibomian duct patency rate.
