真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Zhenwu decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure

目的探究真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年6月收治的100例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者以计算机随机化法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上实施真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF均升高,LVESD、LVEDD均减小,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真武汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zhenwu decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with modified Zhenwu decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF increased,LVESD and LVEDd decreased in both groups,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhenwu decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.
