延续性家庭支持干预对白血病患儿家长心理状况的影响

Effect of continuous family support intervention on psychological status of parents of children with leukemia

目的观察延续性家庭支持干预对白血病患儿家长心理状况的影响。方法选择某三甲医院儿科的64例白血病患儿家长作为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组和观察组,各32名。对照组给予病房常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上建立家庭支持干预系统,开展延续性家庭支持干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组家长焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组,焦虑及抑郁检出例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,观察组家庭关怀度指数评分明显高于对照组,家庭功能分级优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,观察组应对方式评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延续性家庭支持干预能为白血病患儿家长心理状况带来积极的影响,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous family support intervention on psychological status of parents of children with leukemia.Methods A total of 64 parents of children with leukaemia in the pediatrics department of a top three hospitals were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine ward treatment and nursing,and the observation group established a family support intervention system based on this,and carried out continuous family support intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the numbers of anxiety and depression in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the family care index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the classification of family function was better than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the coping style score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Continuous family support intervention can bring positive impact on the psychological status of parents of children with leukemia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
