摘要
苹果的分类分级出售是增收的有效方式,传统的人工苹果分拣分拣效率低、耗费时间长、精确度低下难以满足需求。本文利用PLC与机器视觉相结合设计了一种基于机器视觉的苹果分拣系统,通过图像采集和处理单元来获取与判别苹果的特征,最终将采集特征信号转换为数字信号,PLC依据图像处理结果来控制机器人抓取和归类苹果,能够进行快速、准确地分拣,提高了工作效率,增强了苹果出售额。
