进油阀参数对大流量高压共轨供油泵容积效率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究进油阀参数对WJ泵容积效率的影响,搭建液力系统仿真模型,并由试验验证,将泵容积效率损失分为节流容积效率损失和回流容积效率损失两类分别进行研究。仿真分析了进油阀弹簧参数对进油阀开启压力和阀芯最大升程的影响,进而得到对泵两类容积效率损失的影响,研究了阀芯振动对供油泵回流容积效率损失的影响。结果表明,节流容积效率损失因阀芯最大升程小于某临界值导致,回流容积效率损失随阀芯最大升程的增大而增大,还受阀芯振动影响,对大流量泵进油阀参数选择及其与泵的优化匹配具有参考意义。 A hydraulic simulation model was built and verified by experiments to study the effect of inlet valve parameters on volumetric efficiency of the WJ pump.The volumetric efficiency loss was divided into two types:the throttling volumetric efficiency loss and the reflux volumetric efficiency loss.The effects of the spring parameters of the inlet valve on its opening pressure and the maximum lift of the valve core were simulated and analyzed.The effect of valve core vibration on volumetric efficiency was also studied.The results show that the throttling loss appears when the maximum lift of the valve core is less than a critical value.The reflux loss increases with the increase of the maximum lift of the spool and is also affected by the vibration of the valve core.
