并联型混合动力汽车DCT经济型换挡规律研究 被引量:1

Study on Economic Shift Schedule for Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicles with Dual Clutch Transmission

摘要 针对某搭载双离合变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)的P2.5构型并联型混合动力汽车,提出混合挡位的概念,并根据已有的试验数据建立发动机、驱动电机、动力电池和整车模型。以等效油耗最优作为衡量标准,设计两参数发散型和组合型换挡规律,组合型换挡规律在发动机大负荷时设计强制降挡功能以保证汽车动力需求得到满足。在设计的基于规则的能量管理策略的基础上,对模型进行NEDC工况高低电量出行仿真。比较两种换挡规律可知,设计的发散型换挡规律和组合型换挡规律均能保证动力性,其中组合型换挡规律相较于发散型换挡规律的经济性得到了改善。 For a P2.5 parallel hybrid electric vehicle equipped with Dual Clutch Transmission(DCT),the concept of mixed gear was proposed,and the models of the engine,driving motor,power battery and the whole vehicle were established based on the experimental data.The two-parameter shift schedules were designed considering the optimal equivalent fuel consumption,i.e.the divergent shift schedule and the combined shift schedule.A forced downshift was designed in the combined shift schedule when the engine was operated under heavy load to meet the vehicle power requirement.Based on the energy management strategy,the model was simulated over the NEDC cycle with different initial SOC levels,and the two shift schedules were compared.Both of the designed shift schedules can meet the power demand.In addition,the combined shift schedule is more economical than the divergent shift schedule.
