美国传统汽车5工况城市燃油经济性公式浅析

摘要 美国轻型汽车5工况燃油经济性公式服务于轻型汽车燃油经济性标识,计算结果更加贴近实际道路行驶,是对5种不同工况下测试数据的拆分与组合,而其权重系数多为试验室模拟实际道路行驶统计信息的代表性回归系数,附加启动油耗中热浸时间系数0.330的引入比NEDC工况等更加客观,低温工况、空调工况的组合等都非常值得借鉴,而较多工况的复杂组合又是需要摒弃的。FTP城市工况中的加速度和HFET高速工况中的最大速度,都已严重背离当今实际情况,急需替换更新。 The 5-cycle fuel economy calculation formula is used in the fuel economy labeling for American light-duty vehicles,and the calculation results are more close to those of actual road tests.It is based on the combinations of test data under five different cycles and most of the weight coefficients are regression coefficients in the simulation of road driving.The ratio of the soak time to the 12 soak hours is 0.330 which is a more precise interpretation than a NEDC working condition.The combinations of Cold FTP and SC03 are worth studying while those complicated combinations should be discarded.The acceleration in FTP and the maximum speed in HFET have seriously deviated from the real values and need to be corrected and updated.
