摘要
从高端技术技能人才需求侧和供给侧角度出发,分析了当前高职学生就业能力结构发生的变化。在供需匹配视角下研究了高职人才供需匹配的机制和就业能力的形成过程。提出了通过人才供需匹配机理优化高职学生就业能力结构的理论。研究成果为高等职业院校根据高职人才需求匹配推进专业设置、课程体系建设和校企合作提供了可实践的解决方案,为高等职业院校优化和创新人才培养模式,实现提升学生就业能力提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the demand side and supply side of high-end technical talents,this paper analyzes the changes of employment ability structure of higher vocational students.From the perspective of supply and demand matching,this paper studies the mechanism of supply-demand matching of higher vocational talents and the formation process of employability.This paper puts forward the theory of optimizing the employment ability structure of higher vocational students through the matching mechanism of talent supply and demand.The research results of this paper provide practical solutions for higher vocational colleges to promote specialty setting,curriculum system construction and school enterprise cooperation according to the talent demand matching of higher vocational colleges,and provide reference and reference for higher vocational colleges to optimize and innovate talent training mode and improve students'employability.
