Design of Upper Computer Monitoring System of YL-335A Automatic Production Line Based on MCGS and PLC

YL-335A自动生产线是实训教学常用的模拟工厂自动线,但缺少运行于计算机的上位机监控系统,无法对自动线进行监控。基于MCGS通用版组态软件和西门子PLC,研究解决系统通信和PLC组网技术,设计开发了上位机监控系统,可以实现对自动生产线的实时监控,运行结果良好。

Yl-335A automatic production line is a common simulation factory automatic line used in practical training and teaching.However,it is unable to monitor the automatic line due to the lack of upper computer monitoring system.Based on MCGS general configuration software and Siemens PLC,the system communication and PLC networking technology are researched and solved,the upper computer monitoring system is designed and developed,which can realize real-time monitoring of automatic production line with good operation results.
