当前,中国农业农村现代化和乡村振兴进程仍面临不少问题,尤其是农产品供给结构调整面临的障碍,农业对环境的影响,以及广大小农户在生产经营过程中存在“无力感”。农业生产经营主体信息不对称以及正向激励即“赋能”不够,是导致这些问题的重要原因。为此,需要转换思路,打通堵点,唯一的路径是将平台嵌入农业产业链,通过平台赋能引领要素聚集和产业升级,主要方法是通过平台改造现有的流通模式以及生产经营模式,让农业生产经营主体(包括广大的小农户)可以获得更加稳定可靠的利润,让消费者能够获得价廉质优的农产品,以此实现中国农业农村现代化和乡村振兴。

The impact of agriculture on the environment,and the“sense of powerlessness”of large number of small farmers in the production and management process.The main causes of these problems are the asymmetric information of agricultural production and management subject and the insufficient positive incentive,namely“enabling”.Therefore need to convert ideas,through plugging point,is the only path to embed the platform of agricultural industry chain,through the platform can assign lead elements gathered and industrial upgrading,the main method is through the platform transform existing circulation pattern and the production and business operation mode,make agricultural production operators(including the small farmers)stable and reliable can obtain more profits,let consumers can get cheap high quality agricultural products,in order to realize the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas and rural revitalization.
