摘要
澳褐铁矿粉具有较好的液相流动性和同化性能,在烧结配矿结构中与其他品种矿粉起到性能互补的作用。安钢本部3台烧结机使用过多种澳褐铁矿粉,积累了大量的生产数据,在提高褐铁矿配加比例时出现了燃耗升高、烧结矿结构松散、强度变差等问题,技术人员为此进行了专项攻关和实验,摸索出了适宜的褐铁矿粉配加品种和比例。工业实践表明,安钢烧结机配加25%~30%的褐铁矿粉,通过配煤结构优化、加强水分控制、加强压料控制等措施,烧结矿成分、质量均满足了高炉对烧结矿产、质量的技术要求。
The Australian limonite powder has good liquid phase fluidity and assimilation performance,and plays a complementary role with other varieties of mineral powder in the sintering ore blending structure.The three sintering machines of Angang's headquarters have used a variety of Australian limonite powders and accumulated a large amount of production data.When the proportion of limonite is increased,the fuel consumption is increased,the sinter structure is loose,and the strength is deteriorated.Special research and experiments are carried out and the suitable varieties and proportions of the limonite powder are explored by the technicians.Industrial practice shows that the sintering machines are equipped with 25%~30%of the limonite powder,the composition and quality of the sinter can meet the technical requirements of the blast furnace for the sinter by optimizing the coal blending structure,strengthening the moisture control and strengthening the pressure control.
