摘要
针对1 780 mm热连轧中间辊道在生产中发生的卡阻现象,通过Soildworks对其建立三维模型,并利用Simulation有限元分析的方法 ,对该辊道在生产期间的卡阻故障原因进行热模态有限元分析,并采用材料力学方法进行理论计算和比对,结论是一致的,验证了结论的正确性。同时提出了改造方案,经现场实践,问题得到了解决。
Aiming at the blocking of the intermediate roller table in 1780 mm hot rolling, the three-dimensional model of 1780 mm hot rolling intermediate roller table is established by Soildworks, and the thermal mode finite element analysis is carried out by using the method of Simulation finite element analysis. The conclusion is consistent and the correctness of the conclusion is verified. At the same time, the reform scheme is put forward, and the problem is solved by field practice.
