降低加热炉热力型NO_X浓度控制技术的研究与应用

摘要 对加热炉热力型NO_X生成的原因进行了有效分析,结合加热炉燃烧控制系统的特点,从多个方面开展了工艺技术的研究工作,并实施了验证,最终达到了国家工业炉窑烟气排放中NOx浓度超低排放的标准,提升了企业环保管控的水平和能力。 The reasons for the formation of thermal NOX in the heating furnace were effectively analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of the heating furnace combustion control system,the technological research was carried out from many aspects.In addition,relevant process verification was carried out,which finally reached the national standard of ultralow emission of Nox concentration in flue gas emissions from industrial furnaces,and improved the level and capability of environmental protection control of enterprises.
