基于煤气配比和残氧量的加热炉燃烧控制实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对混合煤气燃烧手动控制和煤气热值仪应用中的局限性,提出了基于焦炉/转炉煤气配比数据、混合煤气成分和煤气燃烧后的烟气残氧量的煤气自动燃烧技术,实现供给加热炉各段的煤气合理充分燃烧,达到了节能、降耗、增效的效果。 Owing to the limitations of manual control of mixed gas combustion and the applications of gas calorimeter,this article puts forward the automatic combustion technology of gas that is based on the gas ratio data of smelting coke furnace or smelting steel furnace,the composition of mixed gas and the residual oxygen of fumes after gas combustion.It can achieve a reasonable and sufficient combustion of gas supplied to each section of furnace.It can reduce the energy consumption,lower the gas consumption of the furnace and increase benefits.
