我国人权发展历经七十载三个发展时期,把人权的普遍性原则与我国的实际相结合,形成了较为系统的中国特色社会主义人权理论和人权保障话语体系,大大增强了我国人权事业在国际上的话语影响力。我国以加强人权法治建设为着力点,已经构建起“立法为民、执法为民、司法为民”的法治化保障体系,健全人权法律制度保障已成为新时期人权发展进程的主旋律。我国在推动世界人权事业完善和发展的进程中一直积极贡献着中国智慧和中国经验,已成为世界人权舞台上一支不可或缺的力量。

China’s human rights have gone through three stages of development within 70 years.A more systematic socialist theory of human rights with Chinese characteristics and discourse system of human rights protection have been formed with combination of the principle of human rights universality and China’s reality,which has greatly enhanced the discourse influence of China’s human rights cause in the international arena.Focusing on strengthening the construction of human rights under rule of law,China has established a legal system of“legislation for the people,law enforcement for the people,and judicature for the people”.To improve legal system of human rights protection has become the main melody of human rights in the process of development in the new era.China has been actively contributing its wisdom and experience to improvement and development of human rights in the world,and has become an indispensable force on the stage of human rights in the world.
