摘要
《温病学》作为中医经典课程之一,对中医临床人才的培养尤为重要。尤其是新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,温病学中的理法方药得到了广泛的认可和运用,掀起了一股学习温病学的热潮。本校的温病学课程教学也从"线上+线下"混合教学的模式转变为"线上"混合模式为主,鼓励学生积极参与,学生可通过紧跟时病动态,自主查阅文献,线上分组讲述,视频语音背诵,云端病案讨论,远程指导临床等方式加强师生之间的交流与互动,充分调动学生网上学习的积极性,更加方便学生深入理解和掌握温病学辨证理论,为学生认识疾病、治疗疾病以及临床思辨能力的培养奠定牢固的基础。
As one of the classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine,epidemic febrile diseases are particularly important for the cultivation of clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the theory and prescriptions of epidemic febrile diseases have been widely recognized and applied,and a fever of learning febrile diseases has been set off.The teaching of febrile diseases in our school has changed from"online+offline"mixed teaching mode to"online"mixed mode.Students are encouraged to actively participate in it.Students can strengthen the communication and interaction between teachers and students by following the trend of diseases,independently consulting literature,online group narration,video and voice recitation,and cloud based medical record discussion,and remote clinical guidance.It is more convenient for students to deeply understand and master the syndrome differentiation theory of febrile diseases,and build a solid foundation for students to understand and treat diseases and cultivate their clinical thinking ability.
