西医院校护理专业中药见习PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的选取不同授课对象,进一步验证PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法应用于中药见习教学中的效果。方法选取中南大学湘雅医学院护理专业本科学生80名作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,每组40名。实验组(PF组)采用PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法,对照组(LBL组)采用传统教学模式,教学效果评价采用理论知识考核与学生满意度调查、教学反馈调查表的双向评价模式。结果 PF组的理论知识考核成绩以及见习课满意度评分均高LBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。PF组的各项教学反馈信息指标均优于LBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药见习课中,PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法的教学效果优于传统教学模式,值得深入推广。 Objective To further evaluate the effect of PBL combined with Flipped Class Model teaching method in practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 80 nursing undergraduate students from Xiangya School of medicine,Central South University,were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 students in each group.The experimental group(PF group)received PBL combined with flipped class model teaching method,while the control group(LBL group)received LBL teaching method.Basic theoretical examination and questionnaire on the satisfaction of teaching and questionnaire on teaching-learning feedback were carried out to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The marks of basic theoretical examination and questionnaire on the satisfaction of teaching and questionnaire on teaching-learning feedback in PF group were all higher than those in LBL group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of PBL combined with flipped class model is better than LBL teahing method in traditional Chinese medicine noviciate.
