摘要
通过对传统《组织胚胎学》教研室集体备课形式不足之处的分析,进行教研活动中集体备课形式的改进,在以"学生为中心"的教学指导思想下,首次提出"师生互动式"集体备课形式,初步探索"师生互动式"集体备课的开展模式,并佐以实例对集体备课前的准备、参与人员的挑选、集体备课内容与实施方案以及成效评价等方面进行探索,分析讨论师生双方的受益情况。
By analyzing the deficiencies of traditional teaching and resear ch section collective lesson preparation on histology and embryology,collective lesson preparation was improved.Under the guiding idea of"student-centered"teaching,for the first time,it suggests the form of teacher-student interaction collective lesson preparation and gives an example of making a primary exploration on pre-collective lesson preparation,participants selection,contents of collective preparation,implementation plan and result evaluation,and discusses and summarizes the teacher-student benefits.
