模拟教学法在妇产科教学中的应用

The Application of Simulated Teaching Method in the Teaching of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的在妇产科临床教学中应用模拟教学法,以此观察应用模拟教学法的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月的同期同年级临床专业的本科实习生,共计100名,随机分为对照组、研究组,每组50名,分别采用常规教学法与模拟教学法。对组间的整体学习综合考评成绩评分(理论知识评分、操作技能评分)与学生对教学总满意率进行指标观察。结果就研究组而言,其整体学习综合考评成绩评分(理论知识评分:81.12±2.12分、操作技能评分:82.32±2.11分)与学生对教学总满意率(96.00%)指标均明显高于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在妇产科临床教学中应用模拟教学法,可以有效提高临床专业的本科实习生的整体学习综合能力,有利于学生将理论知识与实践操作相结合,且学生对于该种教学模式满意。

Objective To observe the application effect of simulated teaching method in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 100 undergraduate interns of the same grade clinical specialty from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The corresponding teaching methods were routine teaching method and simulation teaching method.The scores of comprehensive assessment of overall learning(theoretical knowledge score,operation skill score)and students’total satisfaction rate of teaching were observed.Results As far as the research group is concerned,the scores of the overall learning comprehensive assessment(theoretical knowledge score:81.12±.12),operational skills score:82.32±2.11)and the total satisfaction rate of students to teaching(96.00%)are significantly higher than those of the control group P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of simulation teaching method in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics can effectively improve the overall learning ability of undergraduate interns of clinical specialty,help students combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation,and students are satisfied with this teaching mode.
