阴阳平衡式经络电痉挛联合颈椎牵引治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床观察

Cinical Observation on Yin and Yang Balance Meridian Electrical Spasm Combined with Cervical Traction in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

目的观察运用阴阳平衡式经络电痉挛联合颈椎牵引治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取九江市中医医院骨伤科2016年2月—2018年8月收治的60例脊髓型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。所有患者按入院顺序奇偶数分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用平衡电痉挛疗法联合颈椎牵引,对照组采用传统针刺治疗。根据所得脊髓型颈椎病临床评价各项指标,分别评价2组治疗前和治疗后的第2周和第3周的临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组在第2周和第3周的JOA脊髓功能评定和生活能力四级40分评分方面亦有明显差异,P <0.05。结论运用阴阳平衡式经络电痉挛联合颈椎牵引治疗脊髓型颈椎病具有明显的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of yin and yang balance meridian electrical spasm combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods 60 cases of cervical Spondylotic myelopathy treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.The treatment group was treated with balanced electroconvulsive therapy combined with cervical traction,and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.According to the clinical evaluation of cervical Spondylotic myelopathy,the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment at the 2 nd and 3 rd week was evaluated,respectively.Results There was also a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in JOA spinal cord function assessment and life ability level 440 points at week 2 and week 3(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of yin and yang balance meridian electrical spasm combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy has obvious clinical curative effect and is worth popularizing.
