摘要
目的观察湿疹清颗粒对慢性湿疹大鼠模型皮损程度的影响,初步评价湿疹清颗粒治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为空白组、模型组、阳性组、湿疹清低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组。除空白组外,其余大鼠运用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)复制慢性湿疹动物模型。模型建立后连续给药7 d,末次给药12 h后比较各组间皮损程度,计算皮损评分。结果与空白组相比较,模型组大鼠皮损评分显著升高(P <0.01);与模型组相比较,各治疗组给药后皮损评分明显降低(P <0.01);与阳性对照组相比较,湿疹清高、中剂量组皮损评分低于阳性组,低剂量组则高于阳性组(P <0.01)。结论湿疹清颗粒能有效减轻慢性湿疹大鼠模型皮损的炎症与瘙痒程度,延缓慢性湿疹模型大鼠的发病进程。
Objective To observe the effect of Shizhenqing granules on skin damage in chronic eczema rats,and evaluate the efficacy of Shizhenqing granules in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 60 SD male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,including blank group,model group,positive group,Shizhenqing low dose,medium dose and high dose group.In addition to the blank group,other rats were treated with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)to replicate the animal model of chronic eczema.After the establishment of the model,7 days of continuous administration,12 h after the last administration,the degree of skin damage between each group was compared,and the score of skin damage was calculated.Results Compared with the blank group,the skin damage score of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the skin lesion score of each treatment group was significantly decreased after administration(P<0.01).Compared with the positive control group,the skin lesion score of the high and medium dose Shizhenqing group was lower than that of the positive group,while that of the low dose group was higher than that of the positive group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shizhenqing granule can effectively reduce inflammation and pruritus of skin lesions in chronic eczema model rats,and delay the progression of chronic eczema model rats.
