摘要
油茶是我国重要的木本油料及造林树种之一,经济价值极高。软腐病是危害油茶的主要病害之一,但目前尚未有登记的农药用于油茶软腐病的防治。为筛选出安全、有效防治油茶软腐病的杀菌剂,参照《农药田间药效试验准则杀菌剂防治茶饼病》,设计并开展此试验。结果表明,试验药剂噻唑锌和春雷霉素对油茶软腐病均有较好防效,于油茶软腐病发病初期施开始施药,连续施2次药(间隔期为10d),40%噻唑锌悬浮剂有效成分583、666.7mg/kg和2%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂3g/667m2对油茶软腐病均有较好防效,第2次药后7、14d的防效均高于70%。
Camellia oleifera is an important woody oil plant with extremely high economic values.Soft rot is one of major diseases threatening Camellia oleifera production and there is no legally registered fungicide to control the disease.In order to screen out safe and effective fungicides to prevent and control soft rot,the field efficacy trials were designed and carried out in accordance with general principles of the guidelines for the field efficacy trials of pesticides.The results showed that both zinc-thiazole 40%SC and kasugamycin 2%WP at the dosage of 583,666.7mg/kg and 3g/667m2 respectively have control efficacy above 70%on the 7th and 14th day after second consecutive spray with 10d interval.
