刘明怀运用三阴复脉汤治疗慢性心力衰竭经验

Experience of LIU Minghuai in Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Sanyin Fumai Decoction

慢性心力衰竭是多种心脏疾病的终末期表现。目前,中西医对慢性心力衰竭的研究虽取得一定成就,但临床治疗效果仍欠佳。导师刘明怀教授在西医治疗基础上,运用中医辨证思维,认为慢性心力衰竭病机乃阴阳失和、阴盛阳衰,治宜以和为贵,贯通三阴,自拟"三阴复脉汤",以温真阳制阴寒、达风木畅气机、复中阳运津液为旨治疗慢性心力衰竭,疗效颇佳,希望其经验能在临床上得以推广。

Chronic heart failure is the terminal manifestation of many heart diseases.At present,Chinese and Western medicine has made some achievements in the study of chronic heart failure,yet with relatively poor clinical treatment effect.On the basis of Western medicine treatment and according to the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese Medicine,LIU Minghuai,the tutor,proposes that the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is Yin-Yang imbalance as well as Yin excess and Yang deficiency.Accordingly,LIU supports that it is advisable to treat chronic heart failure by keeping Yin-Yang balance,and dredging Taiyin meridian,Shaoyin meridian and Jueyin meridian.In this regard,a self-prepared Sanyin Fumai decoction was developed for the treatment of chronic heart failure following the principle of warming kidney-Yang and suppressing Yin-cold,soothing the liver and regulating the movement of vital energy,as well as recovering spleen-Yang and transporting body fluid,with excellent curative effect.It is expected to promote the application of the therapeutic experience in clinical practice.
