基于关联规则分析《圣济总录》中治疗先兆流产方药挖掘

Prescription and Herbs of the Incipient Abortion in “Sheng Ji Zong Lu” based on Association Rules

目的:整理《圣济总录·妊娠门》中治疗先兆流产的方药,分析其用药规律与组方特点。方法:选取《圣济总录·妊娠门》中治疗先兆流产的方剂共85首,应用MS SQL SERVER2005建立数据库,采用关联规则分析方法分析治疗先兆流产的方药规律。结果:《圣济总录》中治疗先兆流产最常用的药物为当归、阿胶、川芎、艾叶、人参、桑寄生、炙甘草等补血填精温宫之品。最常见的配伍为艾叶、当归、川芎、人参、阿胶、熟地、大枣、生姜等高频药物之间的相互组合配伍。故《圣济总录》治疗先兆流产主要以补肾填精、益气养血立法,佐以温宫去寒、收敛止血。结论:利用现代信息技术中的数据挖掘方法能够较准确地分析《圣济总录》中治疗先兆流产的方药规律,有利于先兆流产治疗药对与新方的挖掘,以期拓宽临床治疗先兆流产的思路,提高疗效。

Objective:To analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions and herbs in "Sheng Ji Zong Lu" by collecting the prescriptions and the herbs of incipient abortion.Methods:There are 85 prescriptions of treating incipient abortion in "Sheng Ji Zong Lu",which were selected to establish the database by using MS SQL SERV-ER 2005,the rules of the prescriptions and herbs about treatingincipient abortion were analyzed by adopting association rules method.Results:The common herbs of treating incipient abortion in "Sheng Ji Zong Lu" were the Dang Gui,E Jiao,Chuan Xiong,Ai Ye,Ren Sheng and other herbs and the other compatibility was Shu Di,Da Zao,Sheng Jiang with above herbs.So,the treatment of incipient abortion was mainly to Bushen Tianjing,Yiqi Yangxue and Wengong Quhan,Shoulian Zhixue.Conclusion:Data mining in modern information technology could accurately analyze the rules of the prescriptions and the herbs treating incipient abortion in "Sheng Ji Zong Lu",which is beneficial in knowledge discovery of treating incipient abortion,to improve clinical effect.
