刘兰林治疗过敏性紫癜的处方用药规律及聚类分析

LIU Lanlin’s Prescription and Cluster Analysis on Treatment of Allergic Purpura

目的:运用数据挖掘技术探究刘兰林教授治疗过敏性紫癜的处方用药规律。方法:搜集整理刘兰林教授治疗过敏性紫癜的门诊处方单79张,应用Microsoft Excel 2010及数据分析软件SPSS 22.0进行药物类别及其性味归经频数分析、聚类分析。结果:药物类别及其性味归经频数分析总结出清热药、补益药、解表药位居前三位;性味以苦寒药物为主,温药次之,辛、甘药物辅之;归经主要入肝、心、脾、肺经。聚类分析得出牡丹皮、甘草、生地黄、玄参、水牛角,墨旱莲、仙鹤草等 8 种组合。结论:刘兰林教授在治疗过敏性紫癜时,以清风热毒邪为主,辨病情分期论治,早期注重透达,中期直清里热,后期注重补其虚损;治以苦寒祛邪为主的同时不忘以温药顾护正气。

Objective:To use data mining technology to explore the prescription drug rule of Professor LIU Lanlin for the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods:Collect and sort out 79 outpatient prescriptions of Professor LIU Lanlin for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura,and use Microsoft Excel 2010 and data analysis software SPSS 22.0 to analyze the types of drugs and the frequency analysis and cluster analysis of their properties and flavors.Results:The analysis of the drug category and the frequency of return of its nature and flavor concluded that clearing away heat,tonics,and antiseptic drugs ranked the top three;the nature and flavor of drugs were mainly bitter and cold drugs,followed by warm drugs,supplemented by pungent and sweet drugs;The meridians mainly enter the liver,heart,spleen,and lung meridians.Cluster analysis revealed 8 combinations of Moutan bark,licorice,rehmannia,scrophulariaceae,buffalo horn,Eclipta prostrata,and agrimony.Conclusion:When Professor LIU Lanlin treats Henoch-Schonlein purpura,the main treatment is to clear wind,heat and toxins,and treat the disease by stages.In the early stage,attention is paid to thoroughness,the middle stage is to clear the heat,and the later stage is to pay attention to the deficiency;At the same time,don’t forget to protect righteousness with warm medicine.
