通痹汤联合穴位敷贴对糖尿病周围神经病变的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Tongbi Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察营养补充剂甲钴胺联合院内协定方通痹汤加减配合中药穴位敷贴对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年3月于蚌埠市中医院糖尿病科就诊的DPN患者64例,按照就诊顺序随机分为2组,对照组和观察组各32例,所有患者给予甲钴胺常规剂量口服,观察组在西药治疗的基础上给予本院协定方通痹汤加减联合穴位敷贴,连续治疗时间为4周,评价2组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:经过治疗后,观察组有效率达到90%显著高于对照组66%,差异具有统计学意义,治疗期间2组均未发生严重不良反应事件。结论:通痹汤联合中药穴位敷贴治疗DPN的疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of nutritional supplements mecobalamin combined with the hospital agreement Tongbi decoction plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:A total of 64 patients with DPN who were treated in the Diabetes Department of Bengbu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of treatment,with 32 cases each in the control group and the observation group.All patients were given methylcobalamin Conventional doses were taken orally,and the observation group was given Tongbi decoction plus or minus acupoint application agreed by our hospital on the basis of western medicine treatment.The continuous treatment time was 4 weeks.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group reached 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66%.The difference was statistically significant.During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion:Tongbi decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine is effective in treating DPN,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
